Custoza Superiore DOC “Ca’ del Magro” 2024

Ca’ del Magro is the top white wine of Monte Del Frà, produced from a single vineyard of the same name located on the southern shores of Lake Garda in the Custoza DOC zone. The wine is a multi-variety blend drawing on the traditional grapes of the appellation, with Garganega forming the backbone alongside Trebbianello, Fernanda, and several other permitted varieties. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic freshness, followed by ageing on the lees to build texture and complexity. The Superiore designation requires extended ageing before release, giving the wine greater structure than standard Custoza. The result is a dry white with a balance of fruit, floral character, and mineral grip that is well suited to the table.
