The food here is built around the wines we pour: Italian cheese and charcuterie platters, vertical cheese tastings, raw selections, focaccias topped with the good stuff, and small bites to share. The Amarone Platter is the one to try if you can’t choose, Valpolicella cheeses and salumi aged in Amarone and Recioto, made to drink with a glass of the real thing.
Sitting down for a proper meal? There’s pasta too, like spaghetti with clams and bottarga, linguine with Fassona beef and truffle, or gnocchi with wild boar ragù, plus warm plates such as pork cheek braised in wine and a duo of sea tartare.
