Pinot Bianco “Eliseo”

Gualdo del Re is a family estate located in Suvereto, in the Val di Cornia area of coastal Tuscany. The Pinot Bianco Eliseo is made from Pinot Bianco grapes grown in the estate’s vineyards on the Maremma hills. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its primary fruit character and freshness. It is intended as an approachable, early-drinking white with a straightforward and clean profile. The coastal influence of the Val di Cornia brings good natural acidity to the grape, keeping the wine lively on the palate.
