About Podere 414

History
Podere 414 is a winery in the Maremma, in Zona Maiano Lavacchio, Magliano in Toscana, in the province of Grosseto. The estate has made wine since 1998. Its name is a house number: the Ente Maremma assigned number 414 to the farm during the agrarian reform of 1960, when land in the area was handed to farming families from across Italy.
The land and the vineyards
The farm sits between the hills and the sea, and the home page carries the line Maremma Terra Beata. It does state that all the wines are produced organically, and several labels carry a BIO mark.
The wines
The range is led by Morellino di Scansano DOCG, with a Morellino Riserva called Vigna del Bersagliere. Costa Ovest is a white IGT Toscana, and Flower Power is a rosé. Badilante is a Sangiovese red, and there is also a Trebbiano Toscano and an Aleatico Passito. The farm also sells its own honey. The Riserva was awarded a Vinibuoni prize in October 2026, and the winery was at Vinitaly in 2026.
