Grappa Moscato – 42°
Wine Description
Marolo Grappa Moscato is a pomace brandy produced by Marolo Distillerie in Alba, Piedmont, distilled from the fresh pomace of Moscato Bianco grapes, the same variety used for Moscato d’Asti. It is bottled at 42% ABV, which is relatively standard for the category and preserves the aromatic intensity characteristic of the Moscato grape. Marolo is known for using artisanal discontinuous copper pot stills and sourcing pomace from local Piedmontese producers.
