“Vescovo Moro” Rosso Veronese IGP 2022 – MAGNUM
Wine Description
Vescovo Moro is produced by Cantina Ca’ dei Conti, a family winery run by the Rancan family in Tregnago, in the Veronese hills. The vineyards sit on calcareous, skeleton-rich moraine soils at around 400 metres above sea level, conditions that contribute structure and alcohol to the wine. The blend combines briefly dried native varieties, Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Raboso Veronese, with fresh-harvest resistant varieties, Regent, Cabernet Volos and Cabernet Eidos, the latter introduced as part of the estate’s organic and sustainable approach. Total acidity is 7 g/L, residual sugar 6 g/L, dry extract 40 g/L and pH 3.8. The wine is bottled under a synthetic cork (Nomacorc Select Green 100, fully recyclable) and is also available in magnum format.
