Amarone Wine Tasting 2025

Amarone Wine Flight

5 Glasses (7cl) – €58

Experience the fascinating world of Amarone from the Valpolicella region, just north of Verona! This full-bodied red wine is made from indigenous grape varieties that undergo a lengthy drying process of up to 120 days using the Appassimento technique, resulting in intense and bold flavors. In 2010, it was awarded the prestigious DOCG status, cementing its place as one of Italy’s most iconic wines. With a rich history dating back to the Roman era, Amarone della Valpolicella is a fascinating wine that requires a minimum of 24 months of aging in oak barrels to mature and develop its complex flavors. “The wine flights were awesome and the service was great. They were very knowledgeable on wine. We did the white to red flight and it was well balanced. Had already eaten so we didn’t get a chance to try the food but it looked amazing. Atmosphere was great. Would recommend to everyone coming to Venice.”
