Les vignes sont plant\u00e9es \u00e0 environ 450 m\u00e8tres d'altitude avec une exposition sud-est, \u00e0 une densit\u00e9 pouvant atteindre 8 000 pieds par hectare, avec des rendements limit\u00e9s \u00e0 environ 800 grammes par pied. La fermentation se d\u00e9roule en cuve inox avec des levures naturelles, avec une mac\u00e9ration de 10 \u00e0 30 jours. Le 2022 est \u00e9lev\u00e9 24 mois dans un m\u00e9lange de barriques usag\u00e9es et de f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane de 15 hectolitres, puis 8 mois en cuve inox et encore 8 mois en bouteille avant commercialisation. Aucune filtration ni collage n'est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 aucun stade. Les marnes calcaires de La Morra conf\u00e8rent au Nebbiolo des tanins particuli\u00e8rement fins et un caract\u00e8re floral prononc\u00e9 par rapport aux autres communes de la zone de
