Die Vegetationsperiode 2015 begann mit einem milden, regenreichen Winter, der die Wasserreserven auff\u00fcllte, gefolgt von hei\u00dfen und trockenen Bedingungen im Juni und Juli, was Trauben mit konzentrierten Aromen und einer mittleren Struktur hervorbrachte. Die Vinifikation erfolgt in einer Kombination aus Edelstahltanks und Holzbeh\u00e4ltern; anschlie\u00dfend reift der Wein in franz\u00f6sischen Barriques, bevor er abgef\u00fcllt wird. Der 2015er gilt als einer der ausgewogensten und harmonischsten Jahrg\u00e4nge der Masseto-Reihe und zeigt ein gutes Gleichgewicht zwischen reifer Frucht, festen Tanninen und Frische. Die Reben waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte zwischen 30 und 40 Jahre alt, was zur Tiefe und Konzentration beitr\u00e4gt, die f\u00fcr diesen Wein typisch sind.\n\nTenuta dell'Ornellaia ist ein Weingut in Bolgheri an der toskanischen K\u00fcste Italiens. Es wurde 1981 von Lodovico Antinori gegr\u00fcndet und befindet sich heute im Besitz der Familie Frescobaldi. Das Gut ist vor allem f\u00fcr seinen Bordeaux-inspirierten Rotwein Ornellaia bekannt und z\u00e4hlt zu den f\u00fchrenden Erzeugern der sogenannten Super
