Die Cuv\u00e9e besteht zu 88 % aus Grundweinen des Jahrgangs 2023, zu 10 % aus Reserveweinen von 2022 und zu 2 % aus Reserveweinen von 2021, zusammengestellt aus 245 zertifiziert \u00f6kologisch bewirtschafteten Weinbergen in den Gemeinden Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago San Martino, Corte Franca, Iseo, Passirano und Provaglio d'Iseo. Die Trauben werden von Hand in kleine Kisten gelesen, durch Ca' del Boscos eigenes 'Berry Spa'-Verfahren Traube f\u00fcr Traube gewaschen und getrocknet und anschlie\u00dfend in einer sauerstofffreien Presse gepresst; die Grundweine verg\u00e4ren rund sieben Monate in temperaturgeregelten Edelstahltanks, bevor die Assemblage erfolgt. Der Wein reift mindestens 25 Monate auf der Hefe, bevor er degorgiert wird, mit einer Dosage von 1,5 Gramm Zucker pro Liter. Der Gesamtgehalt an Schwefeldioxid liegt bei h\u00f6chstens 49 Milligramm pro Liter und damit weit unter dem gesetzlichen H\u00f6chstwert von 185 Milligramm pro
