Nach dem Ripasso reift der Wein in F\u00e4ssern von 30, 54 und 75 Hektoliter sowie in 100-Hektoliter-Betonbeh\u00e4ltern, gefolgt von drei Monaten Flaschenreife vor der Freigabe. Das Format ist hier eine 1,5-Liter-Magnumflasche, die eine langsamere und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigere Entwicklung in der Flasche beg\u00fcnstigt.
