Die Weinberge liegen auf rund 450 Metern H\u00f6he mit s\u00fcd\u00f6stlicher Ausrichtung, einer Pflanzendichte von bis zu 8.000 Reben pro Hektar und Ertr\u00e4gen von etwa 800 Gramm pro Rebe. Die G\u00e4rung findet in Edelstahl mit nat\u00fcrlichen Hefen statt; die Maischung dauert zwischen 10 und 30 Tage. Der 2022er reift 24 Monate in einer Kombination aus gebrauchten Barriques und 15-Hektoliter-Eichenholzf\u00e4ssern, gefolgt von 8 Monaten in Edelstahl und weiteren 8 Monaten Flaschenreife vor der Freigabe. Es wird weder filtriert noch gesch\u00f6nt. Die kalkhaltigen Mergelb\u00f6den von La Morra verleihen dem Nebbiolo besonders feine Tannine und einen ausgepr\u00e4gten floralen Charakter im Vergleich zu anderen Gemeinden der
