Der 2017er ist jetzt offen und ausdrucksstark, hat aber die Struktur, um in einem guten Keller weiter zu reifen. Zwei Stunden vor dem Servieren dekantieren und bei 18 \u00b0C zu Wildbret, Brat- oder Schmorgerichten, herzhaften Schmorgerichten und gereiften K\u00e4sen reichen; in Venedig h\u00e4lt er dem Fegato alla Veneziana bestens stand.
