Der Wein wird aus 100% Sangiovese Grosso hergestellt, handgelesen vom 6. bis 15. Oktober 2021, wobei der sp\u00e4treifende Charakter dieser spezifischen Parzelle Trauben von bemerkenswerter Intensit\u00e4t und Frische erbringt. Das Gut entschied sich, Costa di Monte als separate Etikettierung abzuf\u00fcllen, um die eigenst\u00e4ndige olfaktorische und gustatorische Pers\u00f6nlichkeit herauszustellen, die dieser Weinberg im Vergleich zu den anderen Brunello-Parzellen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig liefert. Der Jahrgang 2021 gilt in Montalcino als starkes Jahr mit Weinen von guter Struktur und aromatischer Definition.
