Das Ergebnis des Jahrgangs 2003 ist ein breiter, reichhaltiger Wein mit einer ausdrucksstarken Nase aus Orangenschale und warmen Gew\u00fcrzen sowie einem gewichtigen, genussbetonten Gaumen mit Noten von Schokolade und getrockneten Fr\u00fcchten.\n\nBertani wurde 1857 gegr\u00fcndet und geh\u00f6rt zu den \u00e4ltesten Namen im Weinbau Veronas. Ihr Zuhause ist die Tenuta Novare in Arbizzano di Negrar, ein Gut mit Weinbergen, Olivenhainen und tiefen Kellern im Herzen der Valpolicella Classica, mit weiteren Weinbergen im Valpantena-Tal nord\u00f6stlich der Stadt. Der Haustil hat nie Modestr\u00f6mungen nachgejagt: geduldige G\u00e4rungen, lange Reife in gro\u00dfen F\u00e4ssern aus slawonischer Eiche und Weine, die trocken und frisch bleiben, auf der Basis von Corvina Veronese.
