Der Wein besteht aus 100 % Carmenere, einer Rebsorte, die seit der zweiten H\u00e4lfte des 19. Jahrhunderts im Piave-Gebiet angebaut wird, wo die kiesigen, gut drainierten Schwemmlandb\u00f6den und das vom nahen Dolomiten beeinflusste Klima g\u00fcnstige Bedingungen bieten. Der Weinberg wird manuell nach Grunds\u00e4tzen des naturnahen Weinbaus bewirtschaftet, und die Ernte ist auf rund 6.500 Flaschen pro Jahr begrenzt. Die Reife erfolgt in einer Kombination aus franz\u00f6sischen Eichen- und slawonischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern. Der Jahrgang 2022 wurde im Juni 2024 von AIS Veneto bewertet und weist einen Alkoholgehalt von 13 %, eine Gesamts\u00e4ure von 5,2 g\/l und einen pH-Wert von 3,6 auf. Der Wein wird zu einem Erzeuger-Abgabepreis von etwa 9 Euro abgegeben, was seine Stellung als zug\u00e4nglichen, terroirorientierten Carmenere aus Nordostitalien widerspiegelt.\n\nBonotto delle Tezze ist ein familiengef\u00fchrtes Weingut in Tezze di Piave in der Provinz Treviso im Veneto. Das Gut liegt innerhalb der Piave DOC und konzentriert sich vor allem auf einheimische venezianische Rebsorten, darunter Raboso Piave, f\u00fcr den es besonders bekannt ist.
