Dieser Amarone ist dem Vater der Br\u00fcder, Antonio Castagnedi, gewidmet und wird aus einer Auswahl der besten Trauben aus mehreren Gutsweing\u00e4rten gewonnen. Die Cuv\u00e9e besteht zu etwa 70 % aus Corvina und Corvinone, 20 % Rondinella, 5 % Croatina und 5 % Oseleta, allesamt Anfang Oktober von Hand gelesen und anschlie\u00dfend mindestens drei Monate lang nach dem Appassimento-Verfahren nat\u00fcrlich getrocknet. Nach der G\u00e4rung reift der Wein 24 Monate in Holzf\u00e4ssern, bevor er abgef\u00fcllt wird. Der Jahrgang 2020 zeigt ein intensives Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen sowie ein aromatisches Profil aus reifen roten Fr\u00fcchten, Lakritze, schwarzem Pfeffer und dunkler Schokolade. Das Halbliterformat (0,375 l) enth\u00e4lt denselben Wein in kleinerer Menge und eignet sich f\u00fcr Einzel- oder Paarspeiseanl\u00e4sse.\n\nTenuta Sant'Antonio ist ein familiengef\u00fchrtes Weingut der vier Castagnedi-Br\u00fcder im Illasi-Tal, im \u00f6stlichen Teil der Valpolicella in Venetien, Italien. Das Gut wurde 1989 gegr\u00fcndet und umfasst rund 100 Hektar Rebfl\u00e4che. Es ist vor allem f\u00fcr seinen Amarone della Valpolicella und Valpolicella Superiore bekannt, die aus einheimischen Sorten wie Corvina, Corvinone und Rondinella gewonnen
