Die Vegetationsperiode 2016 in der Toskana brachte konzentrierte, strukturierte Fr\u00fcchte mit ausgezeichneter nat\u00fcrlicher S\u00e4ure hervor, die zum Alterungspotenzial des Weins beitragen. Da Montevertine Le Pergole Torte aus logistischen Gr\u00fcnden im Keller in mehreren Losen abf\u00fcllt, k\u00f6nnen zwischen Flaschen desselben Jahrgangs geringf\u00fcgige Unterschiede auftreten. Der Wein tr\u00e4gt die Klassifizierung Toscana IGT, einen Status, den Montevertine seit dem Austritt aus dem Chianti Classico Consorzio im Jahr 1982 h\u00e4lt.\n\nMontevertine ist ein kleines Gut in Radda in Chianti im Herzen der Chianti Classico-Zone der Toskana. Das 1967 von Sergio Manetti gegr\u00fcndete Weingut ist f\u00fcr seine Sangiovese-Weine au\u00dferhalb der Chianti Classico DOCG bekannt, vor allem f\u00fcr seinen Hauptwein Le Pergole Torte, einen der ersten 100%igen Sangiovese-Weine der Region.
