Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und im Ganzen gepresst, ohne jeden Schalenkontakt vor der G\u00e4rung, sodass nur der klarste und reinste Most gewonnen wird. Die alkoholische G\u00e4rung dauert zwei bis drei Wochen in temperaturgesteuerten Edelstahltanks bei 16 bis 18 Grad Celsius, gefolgt von vier Monaten Reifung in Edelstahl vor der Abf\u00fcllung. Der Wein ist klar und leuchtend pink im Glas, mit einem frischen, fruchtbetonten Profil, das von einem salzigen Mineralcharakter unterst\u00fctzt wird, der f\u00fcr Aglianico aus gro\u00dfen H\u00f6hen typisch ist. Er ist zum fr\u00fchen Trinken konzipiert und sollte jung genossen werden, um seine Frische und aromatische Klarheit zu bewahren.\n\nFeudi di San Gregorio ist ein bedeutendes Weingut, 1986 gegr\u00fcndet und in Sorbo Serpico im Irpinia-Gebiet Kampaniens, S\u00fcditalien, ans\u00e4ssig. Das Weingut ist f\u00fcr die Produktion von Weinen aus einheimischen Rebsorten wie Aglianico, Fiano di Avellino und Greco di Tufo bekannt. Es gilt weithin als einer der f\u00fchrenden Produzenten der Region und hat dazu beigetragen, das Ansehen kampanischer Weine auf internationaler Ebene zu
