Das Ergebnis ist ein strukturierter, lagerf\u00e4higer Amarone mit tiefer Farbe, dichter Frucht und erheblichem Kellerpotenzial.\n\nBertani wurde 1857 gegr\u00fcndet und z\u00e4hlt zu den \u00e4ltesten Namen im Wein von Verona. Der Stammsitz ist Tenuta Novare in Arbizzano di Negrar, ein Weingut mit Weinbergen, Olivenhainen und tiefen Kellern im Herzen der Valpolicella Classica sowie weiteren Rebfl\u00e4chen im Valpantena-Tal nord\u00f6stlich der Stadt. Der Hausstil hat sich nie von Moden leiten lassen: geduldige Verg\u00e4rungen, lange Reifung in gro\u00dfen F\u00e4ssern aus slawonischer Eiche und Weine, die trocken und frisch bleiben, aufgebaut auf Corvina Veronese.
