Die B\u00f6den sind steinig und gut durchl\u00e4ssig, aus Kies und grobem Sediment zusammengesetzt, was die Reben stresst und die Raboso-Piave-Traube konzentriert. Der Wein wird aus Raboso Piave gekeltert, wobei bis zu 30 % der Trauben vor der Vinifikation rund 45 Tage in eigens daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen Trockenr\u00e4umen angetrocknet werden, entsprechend den DOCG-Vorschriften, die einen Anteil von 15 bis 30 % getrockneter Trauben verlangen. Die Ernte der zum Trocknen bestimmten Trauben findet in der dritten Oktoberwoche statt, w\u00e4hrend der frische Anteil von Anfang bis Mitte November gelesen wird; beide Partien werden getrennt vinifiziert und dann verschnitten. Nach einer Maischestandzeit von etwa 20 Tagen im Edelstahltank reift der Wein drei Jahre in F\u00e4ssern und Gebinden aus slawonischer Eiche. Im Weinberg kommt das traditionelle Bellussera-Erziehungssystem zum Einsatz, eine f\u00fcr diese Gegend typische Pergola-Methode, mit Ertr\u00e4gen von rund 100 Doppelzentnern pro Hektar.\n\nBonotto delle Tezze ist ein familiengef\u00fchrtes Weingut in Tezze di Piave, in der Provinz Treviso im nordostitalienischen Veneto. Das Gut liegt innerhalb der Piave-DOC-Zone und konzentriert sich vor allem auf einheimische venezianische Rebsorten, darunter Raboso Piave, f\u00fcr die es besonders bekannt ist.
