Die Methode ist der des Amarone entlehnt: Die Trauben durchlaufen eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Trocknung vor der Vinifikation, was Duft und Fruchtfleisch konzentriert, und der Wein reift dann 30 Monate in 350-Liter-F\u00e4ssern aus slawonischer Eiche, in zwei Losen, die erst beim Abf\u00fcllen verschnitten werden. Mit 14,5 % zeigt er sich dunkel und gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig im Glas: reife Pflaume und Brombeere mit roter Beerenhelligkeit, schwarzem Pfeffer und einem Hauch Vanille, seidige Tannine und ein anhaltender, w\u00fcrziger Abgang. Er ist ein vollmundiger Rotwein mit echtem Lagerungspotenzial, der aber auch jung schon zug\u00e4nglich ist. Bei 18 \u00b0C servieren, eine Stunde vorher \u00f6ffnen.
