Es handelt sich um eine Cuv\u00e9e aus Sauvignon Blanc und Pinot Bianco, wobei der Pinot Bianco vollst\u00e4ndig in Edelstahl vergoren wird und der Sauvignon Blanc zur H\u00e4lfte in Edelstahl und zur anderen H\u00e4lfte in neuen franz\u00f6sischen Eichenbarriques. Nach der G\u00e4rung reift der Wein auf der Feinhefe in Edelstahl bis zur folgenden Ernte, bevor er zusammengeschnitten und abgef\u00fcllt wird. Die teilweise Barrique-G\u00e4rung verleiht dem Wein Tiefe und eine dezent cremige Textur, ohne die sortentypische Frische zu \u00fcberdecken. Der vom Benutzer angegebene Jahrgang ist 2025; die aktuellste auf der Produzentenseite best\u00e4tigte Abf\u00fcllung zum Zeitpunkt dieser Notiz ist jedoch 2024.\n\nSerafini & Vidotto ist ein 1986 von Francesco Serafini und Antonello Vidotto gegr\u00fcndetes Familienweingut in Nervesa della Battaglia in den Treviso-H\u00fcgeln des Veneto.
