Der Bianco Secco ist ein trockener Wei\u00dfwein mit der Bezeichnung Verona IGT und steht damit au\u00dferhalb der strengeren Appellationsregeln, die f\u00fcr die Rotweine gelten, f\u00fcr die das Gut vor allem bekannt ist. Der Wein wird aus wei\u00dfen Rebsorten aus dem Gebiet Verona erzeugt, wenngleich die genaue Cuv\u00e9e des Jahrgangs 2025 noch nicht best\u00e4tigt wurde. Er ist als unkomplizierter, fr\u00fch zu trinkender Wei\u00dfwein im Sortiment des Erzeugers gedacht. Der Jahrgang 2025 ist aktuell, und vollst\u00e4ndige technische Details wurden noch nicht allgemein ver\u00f6ffentlicht.\n\nGiuseppe Quintarelli verwandelte ein kleines Bergbauerngeh\u00f6ft in Cer\u00e8 di Negrar, etwa 500 Meter oben am \u00f6stlichen Hang des Negrar-Tals, in den angesehensten Keller Valpolicellas. Seit seinem Tod im Jahr 2012 wird das Gut von seiner Tochter Fiorenza gemeinsam mit Giampaolo Grigoli und den Enkeln Francesco und Lorenzo gef\u00fchrt, die dieselben handgeschriebenen Etiketten, dasselbe lange Appassimento und dieselbe geduldige Reifezeit in Botti beibehalten.
