Er wird aus 100 % Raboso Piave gekeltert, einer alten einheimischen Sorte mit tiefer Farbe, hohen Tanninen und von Natur aus hoher S\u00e4ure. Bis zu 30 % der Trauben werden vor der Verg\u00e4rung getrocknet, um Zucker und Aromen zu konzentrieren, eine Technik, die dem Wein seinen Passito-Charakter verleiht. Der Wein reift etwa drei Jahre in slawonischen Eichenholzf\u00e4ssern, was ihm Struktur gibt und den Holzeinfluss mit der konzentrierten Frucht harmonisch verbindet. Die hohe nat\u00fcrliche S\u00e4ure des Raboso Piave gleicht den Restzucker aus, verhindert einen schweren oder klebrig-s\u00fc\u00dfen Eindruck und unterst\u00fctzt das Reifepotenzial des Weines.\n\nBonotto delle Tezze ist ein familiengef\u00fchrtes Weingut in Tezze di Piave in der Provinz Treviso in der Veneto-Region im Nordosten Italiens. Das Gut liegt innerhalb der DOC Piave und konzentriert sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf einheimische venezianische Rebsorten, darunter vor allem den Raboso Piave, f\u00fcr den es besonders bekannt ist.
