Technische Daten: Gesamts\u00e4ure 5,36 g\/l, Trockenextrakt 25,3 g\/l, Restzucker 0,6 g\/l.\n\nClementi ist ein kleiner Familienkeller in Gnirega, einem Weiler in den H\u00fcgeln von Marano di Valpolicella, im Herzen der Classica Zone.
