Die Trauben werden entrappt und rund acht Tage bei maximal 30 \u00b0C auf den Schalen mazeriert, gefolgt von einer malolaktischen G\u00e4rung vor dem Winter. Anschlie\u00dfend reift der Wein rund zw\u00f6lf Monate in Eichenf\u00e4ssern unterschiedlicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, bevor er in den Kellern von Prunotto in Alba weitere Zeit auf der Flasche verbringt. Der Jahrgang 2022 war durch ungew\u00f6hnlich trockene und warme Bedingungen gepr\u00e4gt, mit milden Wintern und \u00fcberdurchschnittlichen Sommertemperaturen, die dazu f\u00fchrten, dass die Lese bereits Anfang Oktober abgeschlossen war. Der Trockenstress des Jahrgangs reduzierte die Beerengr\u00f6\u00dfen, was zu konzentrierten Fr\u00fcchten mit offenem und zug\u00e4nglichem Charakter f\u00fchrte. Der Wein zeigt ein kr\u00e4ftiges Granatrot und bietet in der Nase rote Fr\u00fcchte und Gew\u00fcrze, am Gaumen pr\u00e4sentiert er sich samtig und gut strukturiert.\n\nPrunotto ist ein traditionsreiches Weingut, das 1904 gegr\u00fcndet wurde und in Alba im Piemont ans\u00e4ssig ist. Das Gut z\u00e4hlt zu den etablierten Erzeugern von Barolo und Barbaresco und bezieht Fr\u00fcchte aus bekannten Lagen wie Bussia und Bric Turot. Seit 1994 geh\u00f6rt Prunotto der Familie Antinori und produziert weiterhin Weine aus den wichtigsten roten Sorten des Piemont: Nebbiolo, Barbera und Dolcetto.","wine_price":"36","yoast_head":"<!--
