Der Wein entsteht aus einer Cuv\u00e9e aus Corvina, Corvinone und Rondinella, die das Appassimento-Trocknungsverfahren durchlaufen, das Zucker und Extrakt konzentriert, bevor eine lange, langsame G\u00e4rung erfolgt. Nach der G\u00e4rung reift der Wein \u00fcber einen ausgedehnten Zeitraum in einer Kombination aus kleinen Eichentonneau und Barriques, was zu seiner Tiefe und Struktur beitr\u00e4gt. Der Jahrgang 2007 im Veneto war warm und trocken und brachte intensiv konzentrierte Fr\u00fcchte mit hohem nat\u00fcrlichem Zuckergehalt hervor, was zu Weinen von bemerkenswerter Kraft und F\u00fclle f\u00fchrte. Im Vergleich zum Standard-Amarone Classico desselben Erzeugers gilt der TB als reifer und oxidativer im Stil, mit ausgepr\u00e4gter dunkler Frucht und Mokka-Charakter. Mit 17 % Alkohol braucht er ausreichend Kellerzeit und gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiges Dekantieren vor dem Servieren.\n\nTommaso Bussola erlernte zun\u00e4chst das Steinmetzhandwerk, bevor er Mitte der 1980er Jahre die Reben seines Onkels Giuseppe oberhalb von Negrar \u00fcbernahm und aus einem kleinen Traubenverkaufsbetrieb eines der angesehensten Weing\u00fcter der Valpolicella Classica machte. Giuseppe Quintarelli selbst bezeichnete ihn als das kommende Talent der Zone. In den Weinbergen wachsen alte, nat\u00fcrlich ertragsarme Klone von Corvina, Corvinone und Rondinella mit Anteilen von Molinara und Dindarella, die mit besonderer Sorgfalt beim Schnitt und der Bodenpflege bewirtschaftet werden. Heute arbeiten seine S\u00f6hne Giuseppe und Paolo an seiner Seite, und die Weine, allen voran die TB-Selektionen und der Amarone, bewahren ihre Tiefe, Geduld und den klaren veronischen
