Das blaue Etikett ist die Grenache-betonte Abf\u00fcllung der Habemus-Linie, gewonnen aus buschtrainierten Reben in 300 bis 400 Metern H\u00f6he auf Ton- und Steinb\u00f6den, die von Winden aus dem Tyrrhenischen Meer bel\u00fcftet werden, bei einer Bepflanzungsdichte von 11.000 Reben pro Hektar. Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und innerhalb einer Stunde nach der Ernte entrappt, dann 15 Tage lang in Edelstahltanks ausschlie\u00dflich mit Wildhefen vergoren, ohne dass in irgendeiner Phase synthetische Mittel eingesetzt werden. Der Wein reift 20 Monate in neuen franz\u00f6sischen Eichenholz-Barriques, gefolgt von mindestens 6 Monaten Flaschenruhe vor der Freigabe. Die Produktion der gesamten Habemus-Linie ist sehr klein, mit Ertr\u00e4gen von rund 25 Doppelzentnern pro Hektar f\u00fcr maximale Konzentration.\n\nSan Giovenale ist ein kleines Gut in der Tuscia in Nordlatium nahe Blera, das von Henrik Ottosson gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Das Weingut ist bekannt f\u00fcr Cuv\u00e9es aus Bordeaux-Rebsorten, insbesondere Cabernet-Franc-betonte Weine, die auf Vulkanb\u00f6den wachsen. Es hat Anerkennung daf\u00fcr gewonnen, einen ernsthaften, terroir-orientierten Ansatz in der Rotweinproduktion in eine Region gebracht zu haben, die traditionell nicht mit solchen Rebsorten in
