Der 2022er ist f\u00fcr diese Kategorie sehr jung; er ist bereits gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig, doch eine Stunde im Dekanter \u00f6ffnet ihn erheblich, und die besten Jahre liegen noch vor ihm.\nBei 16 bis 18 \u00b0C servieren zu Gerichten mit echtem Gewicht: Brasato all'Amarone, Pastissada de Caval, Wildgefl\u00fcgel oder einem St\u00fcck gereiftem Monte Veronese zum Ausklang des Essens. Er ist ein Wein f\u00fcr den Tisch, nicht f\u00fcr das Aperitif-Regal.\n\nDie Familie Benedetti baut seit dem neunzehnten Jahrhundert Wein bei La Villa in Negrar an, und das Gut wird heute von den Br\u00fcdern Simone und Matteo geleitet, die die Arbeit von ihrem Vater Adriano und ihrem Gro\u00dfvater vor ihm erlernten.
